The primary aim of The Construction Apprenticeship Awards is to highlight and honour the dedication, hard work, and outstanding contributions of individuals and organisations who play a vital role in shaping the future of construction apprenticeships. By acknowledging and commending their accomplishments, we aim to encourage continuous growth and improvement in the sector.

AWARDS CATEGORIES

CONSTRUCTION APPRENTICES OF THE YEAR

Level specific apprentice of the year for Apprentices due to complete or have completed their EPA in 2023. Apprentices must be on the apprenticeship standards and cannot be on a framework.

Multiple nominations are permitted and are available for Levels 2, 3, 4 and 6.

CONSTRUCTION APPRENTICESHIP COLLEGE / TRAINING PROVIDER / UNIVERSITY OF THE YEAR

We are looking for evidence of excellence in the delivery of construction apprenticeship in the academic year 2022/2023, this can include but is not limited to, rate of achievement, quality of teaching, commitment to apprentices, feedback and more.

CONSTRUCTION APPRENTICESHIP EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR

We are looking for evidence of employer excellence in supporting the delivery of construction apprenticeships, this can include but is not limited to; apprentice retention, quality of experience offered, quality of mentoring, commitment to construction education, feedback and more.

CONSTRUCTION APPRENTICESHIP ASSESSOR OF THE YEAR

This nomination is intended for apprenticeship assessors/tutors/curriculum leads/EPA assessors. We are looking for evidence of excellence in the delivery of construction apprenticeships and end point assessments in the academic year 2022/2023. This evidence can include but is not limited to supporting apprentices, supporting colleagues, supporting employers, providing detailed feedback, running extra-curricular activities, exceeding expectations and more.

CONSTRUCTION APPRENTICESHIP CHAMPION OF THE YEAR

This nomination is intended for passionate individuals (e.g. Work mentors, administrators, heads of departments, senior leaders, supervisors, contractors, suppliers, coordinators etc.) that go over and above to champion apprenticeships within the construction industry.

Dukes 92 is approximately 100 metres along Castle Street. Castle Street is located at the southern end of Deansgate opposite Deansgate Station (junction of Deansgate and Whitworth Street).

Parking:

You will need to provide your vehicle registration on entry to the venue to qualify for free parking. Dukes offer free parking to our customers on the street outside and in their car park from 11.30am until closing time. At any other times you may get a ticket.
